Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Nourish Mii Products has a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a replacement of product.

To be eligible for a replacement, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To have a purchased Nourish Mii product replaced, you can contact us at nourishmiiproducts@gmail.com. Please add a photo of damage caused to your item in process of shipment, damage done to packaging upon delivery, delivery complete from shipper. We will use this information to determine the best way to handle your satisfaction and to practice more effective ways of shipment.

European Union 14 day cooling off period *Exception*

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. **All goods are made by the private owner of Nourish Mii Products and all items are handmade. 14 day cooling off period does not apply here and I promise you will enjoy your purchase. Thanks!
